Interpretive Services
If you do not speak English, or if you are visually and/or
hearing impaired, interpretation services will be provided
to you at no charge. Please tell the person helping you
if you need an interpreter.

Hearing-Impaired
If you are hearing-impaired, please tell us. We need
to know the best ways to communicate with you. Tell us if

Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available for use while
you are a patient at Deaconess Medical Center. Tell your
nurse if you need a TTY or a hearing-aid amplifier.
