What makes our vascular program special?
We follow special patient care plans and clinical
protocols created especially for the care of vascular
patients. We offer patient education before and after
your surgery. Before surgery, you will be provided
with a brochure that explains the planned procedure
and the discharge planning process and the options
available to you, such as home care, sub-acute short-term
rehabilitation, long-term care and more.
All necessary testing is usually performed before
the procedure. If your procedure is planned, you will
enter the hospital the same day of the procedure. During
your stay with us, registered nurses and other medical
professionals will care for you, answer your questions
and make sure your visit goes smoothly. |
